Your Order

Your order will be put in place following approval from your credit card company for the charges.

All goods are subject to availability. If your requested item is unavailable we will contact you to advise when the item may be available at which time you may cancel your order if this is not suitable.

UK deliveries will be sent as soon as possible. We reserve the right to a full 30-day delivery however in most cases orders will be processed within 2-3 days.

European orders are sent by airmail and will require to be signed for. Delivery times can vary. Orders to non EEC addresses, USA, Japan, Canada and Australia all required to be signed for and under normal circumstances will reach you within 7-14 days.

All items are sent first class by Royal Mail.

Refund/Cancellation Policy:

We will refund, exchange or replace items which are defective, have been sent by us incorrectly or are damaged in transit provided you notify us within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

We require that you retain proof of posting for any returns.

Should you wish to return goods to us for any other reason you are entitled to a full refund within two months of receipt of the goods by you provided the items are in saleable condition. In this type of return the postage will be at your own cost.
